Cancellation Policy
Booking a Appointment
To book any appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the starting price of the service is required to reserve your time slot.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• If less than 48 hours’ notice is given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will lose your deposit and must pay the remaining 50% of the initial starting price of the scheduled service.
• If you no-call/no-show on the day of your appointment, you will not be allowed to rebook in the future.
• Clients who reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice will not be charged the remaining 50% and may apply their deposit to a future service.
